Hi there!
I understand you’re seeing some error messages regarding missing shortcodes on your WooCommerce pages when your backend language is German.
I’ve checked your site, and I can confirm that your site language is indeed set to German, and both your shop page and cart page are appearing correctly on my end from the front end.
To help me understand and troubleshoot this further, could you please provide more information:
- Exactly where are you seeing these error messages? For example, are they in the WooCommerce Status report (WooCommerce > Status), within the page editor itself, or somewhere else?
- Could you please describe the exact steps you take to change the backend language that then causes this error to appear?
- Could you please share a screenshot of the exact error message you are seeing? This would be extremely helpful in pinpointing the issue.
Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
- Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
Hi thanks for your swift reply!!!

PS: as stated if i sent the english langauge there is no error in Woo Status Report
Hi there!
Thanks for sharing the system status report and the error details.
I’ve tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the same behavior — everything appears as expected when switching between languages.
To assist you further, could you please create a staging site so you can troubleshoot without affecting your live store? Once the staging site is ready, try the following steps:
- Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce
- Switch the WordPress admin language to German
- Check if the warnings about missing shortcodes still appear
This will help determine whether another plugin or theme might be causing a conflict specific to the German language setting. You can use the following plugin to create a staging site. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/
Let me know how that goes.
Hi there,
