WooCommerce shipping plugin issue

Our WooCommerce Fastway(AU) plugin was working until recently but now our customers are not seeing it as a shipping option for checkout. From the Dashboard, I don’t see any issues with the plugin. It is enabled and has all the information filled out in the settings and the license key is activated.

I contacted ExtensionWorks and they had a look around and said that I needed a new API which I got, but it is still not working.
