What kind on information do you need? As you can se on the screenshot, in WooCommerce shop main page two LI’s are in one DIV, so item is inside of category DIV. On my site i have to switch of categories to hide this bug.

you change any template code or it’s default issue in theme as i check theme and it’s fine here.
That’s weird. Could you send us your WooCommerce export file so we could import all the products to our test site and see if we are able to reproduce this issue.
