    Hi Marie,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Yes it is compatible with the main Woocommerce Shop page.

    I have just tested it on my test site using latest version of Custom Sidebars, Woocommerce plugins and Twenty twelve theme and it worked fine displaying custom sidebar on main shop page and Woocommerce category pages.

    Could you please share me the screenshot of Custom Sidebars settings and also share your site URL so that i can troubleshoot it?

    For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, http://imgur.com/ or other image service. 🙂

    Hello. i have the same problem.

    it works very well on all other pages than the woocommerce shop page

    im using the newest wordpress 4.1.1

    with theme twenty fourteen.
