    Hi,

    we are trying to setup Woocommerce Square on our new site spacecraftwestbury.co.uk which we host on a third party site.
    The plug in have installed successfully and the connection to square seem to work and showing as connected in the square dashboard.

    We cannot sync any products, there is no error showing and sync button in woocommerce/settings/square/update is greyed out.

    Where did I go wrong?

    Hey there!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    There’s nothing obvious on the System Status Report that should be causing this behavior.

    Can you please follow the instructions under https://woomattic.wordpress.com/2020/10/09/getting-woo-engineering-support/ – Documentation and check if you’re still seeing this?

    If yes, can you please confirm you have a location setup under WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Settings, and SKUs configured for the products on both Square and WooCommerce store?

    If yes, and you’re still seeing the same behavior, please make a new topic in the Square forums with a link to this topic,a nd the following details:

    1. Square Logs

    There’s a built-in logging system enabled in the Square extension that could help you determine the cause of this behavior. If you haven’t enabled this already, you can enable this in (WooCommerce > Settings > Square) :

    * Once enabled, this saves sync logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs >.
    * After enabling the logs, attempt to initiate a manual sync at WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Update
    * If you’re still seeing that the products are not syncing, Search for  Square logs in the drop-down at the top-right section and click on view button.
    * Post the logs in the new forum topic

    2. Along with the logs, please also post a screenshot of this page: WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Settings

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help with this.

    Just to confirm.
    This is a new setup and there are no product in woocommenrce yet.
    We are trying to import products from square with square being the the system of record.
    We have tried the import all products from square function in the woocommerce square plugin to no avail.

    Items in square have skus assigned.

    I have enable logging in woocommerce and will log a ticket with square as suggested.

    I will disable the log and see if the update function works.
