    Hi, I have been asked by the Square Woocommerce plugin support to post my issue here – link to the thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/woocommerce-square-suddenly-not-syncing-product-description-2/

    Basically, I am having a few syncing issues – most of which started a few weeks ago:

    1. Product descriptions are no longer syncing to woocommerce
    2. New products are not imported during the sync
    3. Running a manual sync seems to duplicate products on woocommerce.

    Square is set as my system of record. Any help would be appreciated as this is causing some problems for my client.

    Just an update, I also noticed by paypal purchases are not syncing back to Square either, but square pay by card are.

    pps, another question, how long on average, should the scheduled sync take? Mine are taking between 2 and 4 hours for under 600 products. Is that how long it is supposed to take?

    Checking the linked thread, I see that my colleague from the WooCommerce Square support team noted that the issue will require a closer check and was advising you to create a ticket here – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket.

    Kindly proceed by creating the ticket and be sure to select WooCommerce Square in the dropdown:
