    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for your plugin which I’m using since last september.

    I’ve updated Complianz on Tuesday the 11th of April (version 6.1.5).
    I realized that the new WooCommerce sales statistics no longer appeared.

    I deactivated Complianz yesterday and the new orders have taken effect again.
    I specify that I have not changed anything in the Complianz parameters.

    Would you have an idea about this issue ?
    I thank you in advance for your help.
    Tom

    Hi @tomyummix,

    If I look in your page-source I see:

    <script type="text/plain" data-category="statistics">window['gtag_enable_tcf_support'] = false;
    window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
    function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
    gtag('js', new Date());
    gtag('config', 'UA-*-1', {
    	cookie_flags:'secure;samesite=none',
    	'anonymize_ip': true
    });
    </script>

    This is the only blocked script, until consent. I’m not sure this would be the cause.

    As you mention Sales Statistics, do you mean certain events in Google or something else.

    Please also let us know which version you had before, as the last update was a quick fix, nothing related to Statistics or the Cookie Blocker.

    regards Aert

    Hi @aahulsebos,

    Thank you for your help.

    Unfortunately, I don’t know what was the last version used just before (is there a log somewhere to know ?) but I update very regularly.

    What I mean by statistics is the data provided directly in the back office of WordPress by WooCommerce -> https://imgur.com/HgIVE4a

    Many thanks

    Hi @tomyummix,

    I see. I assume the orders are coming through fine? I don’t think these statistics are calculated from the client side, so I’m not sure how Complianz is causing this.

    I would assume every order in the back-end is then added to the statistics table with the needed variables, without intervention.

    So, to debug; could try enabling Complianz, and safe mode under settings for 24h. This way we know it’s the Cookie Blocker, and something is blocked.

    Let me know!

    Hi @aahulsebos,

    Yes, the orders are coming through fine.

    I agree with you. But there is a hole in the data between the update and the moment I deactivated the plugin.

    I try to enable again and tell you.

    Thank you.

    Hi @tomyummix,

    Just to be certain, are you using Avada? We have fixed a compatibility issue, which could cause this, probably.

    Hi @aahulsebos,

    I’m not using Avada. I’ve switched on Complianz again since saturday and everything seems to be ok.

    Thank you for your support @aahulsebos
