    Hi,
I am trying to log in to my shop multiple times through the WooCommerce application but I cannot log in. I have successfully installed the JetPack plugin but the application (iOS) does not allow me to log in, giving me the following error: “Unable to log in correctly” and “Unable to connect to the store”. I would need to log in to view the orders that customers place on my site in order to see them in real time.

Can anyone tell me how to solve?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hey there @comopole,

The WooCommerce app uses WordPress.com accounts to log in. If needed, you can create one at https://woocommerce.com by clicking “Get Started.”

We have more on logging in with WordPress.com accounts here, and more on logging into the app here.

I have made all the necessary adjustments. in fact the app recognizes my account but I can’t do anything else because it gives me an error

When checking your site using the Jetpack debug tool:
    https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/

    I see the following errors:

error: test site has jetpack features available [1.632 s]
error: test rest api proxy [2.286 s]

That would explain the problem connecting. You would need to resolve any issues preventing Jetpack from working properly in order to log in. If you haven’t already, make sure the Jetpack plugin is up to date and then disconnect and reconnect your account from the Jetpack settings.

Next, take a look at any “security” related plugins to ensure they are not blocking the plugin from communicating. Same thing applies to any “Coming Soon/Maintenance” mode plugins, or other plugins that would restrict access to areas of your site.

@comopole We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Please start a new thread if you have further questions.
