    This has been a recurring issue on other sites, but even having trawled other solutions I can’t seem to find a fix.

    I have my shop in sandbox mode, so if you have a sandbox account you can safely put through a transaction. Purchases are stuck on processing, even though I have “Grant access to downloadable products after payment” checked in Woocommerce/Products/Downloadable Products

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    As an aside to this… I also did a live transaction to see what showed up in my personal paypal account, and although the transaction showed in the account, it’s labelled as “unclaimed”

    Hi @bettsaj,

    Can you include a screenshot of your product settings?
    Specifically, is the product set to both ‘Virtual’ and ‘Downloadable’?
