Installed and tested for a bit. It seems the fee gets added to the recurring amount as well. The strange thing is, even the fee is the same, the total amount of the recurring payment is slightly different as you can see in this screenshot:

The tax that is included in the fee gets added again.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hi @alfonsberger, honestly no idea, check what exactly happens on the second sum, maybe there is added the VAT to everything (that means also to the fee)? If you try it without tax on the fee itself, does it work better?
Which plugin did you use?
But I’m sorry, I will be able to help in September, since I’m leaving for vacation soon.

The calculation is the same on both sums again when I deactivate “Payment fee is taxable”, but of course the fee should be taxable.
Anyway, enjoy your vacation now, but it would be great if you could look into this issue. Other than that great plugin!

Still testing, but haven’t found the cause.
Running the plugin now without the option “Payment fee is taxable” for a few days to see the possible errors, the amounts are correct, but it does mess up our bookkeeping software. So this is not an option either.
It would be great if you could look into this issue when you have time.

Hello,
another issue with the WooCommerce Subscription plugin. If a customer orders a subscription and a few other items, the payment fee is calculated for the entire cart. Unfortunately this entire fee gets added to the recurring payment of the subscription and not just the fee for the subscription.

You have been working with this plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions? The one from WooCommerce? Maybe they have support as well and could check it for you?

thanks for your reply, yes it is the official WooCommerce Subscription plugin in the latest version. Of course they do have support, but I highly doubt they are fixing compatibility issues with your plugin. So you don’t know what the two issues might cause?

Hi Alfo, any updates within this plugin? The problem is since it’s not premium, I can’t easily test it myself.

no updates, it does not calculate it correctly and I have deactivated the plugin. Currently I’m not charging any fees
