Woocommerce Subscription Backorder Issue

Customers with items in their subscriptions that are out of stock still get charged for them and the inventory drops below 0 regardless of the settings. Everything in the settings for product, parent product and variable is set to “DO NOT ALLOW BACKORDERS” yet it goes through.

Is there anyway to resolve this as it causes inventory issues?

As stated, we took over this from someone else so we do not have the license for the subscription specifically (Although we do have several other licenses with you). Can we still get paid support for that?

The last builder and our client unfortunately split on poor terms.

We need you to either contact us via the WooCommerce account used to purchase the Subscription extension, or share the email address or the order number for the WooCommerce subscription you have with us.

Alternatively, you can request the owner of the licence to add you as a collaborator on their account so that you can open a support ticket on their behalf: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-collaborators/
