I’m testing the demo version and a problem occurred: no matter what kind of product I create, it’s always enlisted as daily. I can’t seem to set it as monthly or weekly. I tried to create a parent order first, but also tried to directly add the subscription manually.
What am I missing?
Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
I would just like to clarify that in this forum, we only provide support for the WooCommerce core plugin and have a different support system for our premium extensions.
With that said, please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page. Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done. We will be able to help you further there.
It has to be said, I only used this forum because the same page you linked referred here in case I couldn’t find the answer to my problem in the troubleshooting and the guide.
I submitted a request, hope to hear back from you soon.
Thanks. I haven’t received any answer yet, though.
I understand you still haven’t received any answer. I would just like to clarify that our Happiness Engineers reply to tickets on a first time first served basis, and they will definitely get back to you as soon as possible.
You can as well share with us your ticket number so that we can check it out internally.
Man, I appreciate your replies here, but seriously, I wasn’t even able to get in touch with you guys. I followed your link and submitted a request: it asks for product, but there is no “woocommerce subscriptions” in the drop down menu, so I selected the core plugin; it asks for link, so I linked the test site you guys provided where the issue occurs; then it asks for system status but when I try to get it, your test site goes to critical error, so I typed the best explanation I could instead. When I click submit, it just refreshes the page with no ticket number, no result, no nothing.
If I’m making any mistake, I apologize, but for now it doesn’t seem to me it is anyway easy to discuss a problem with you.
Anything I can do better? I accept advice.

I understand this is a frustrating situation, while we are not able to help with non core issues here in this forum, we will do our best to help you get in contact with the proper team 🙂
After you log in with your account, on https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/, you should see the How can we help? section with most common topic, but below that, there should be fields to start getting support.
Were you able to see this?
After selecting your store, a pop up should open on the right corner asking for more info. Did this happen?
o I linked the test site you guys provided
Do you mind sharing more details about this? which link did you share?
I just checked this and selecting technical support is missing this option (I’ll ask our team to fix this!). Please in this time as a contingency, try using the Presales option, then search for WooCommerce Subscriptions, it’ll show up at the bottom:
