    Our woocommerce subscriptions are not recurring. Woocommerce charges the initial monthly or weekly charge but no charges occur after that. We have researched the topic in forums only to find closed posts that were resolved in private via email communication. We’ve also tried some of the documentation, chatted with AI assistants and left footprints in chats requesting help. We simply need a subscription product that works so the client can launch their site. Thank you so much.

    By default, WooCommerce does not offer support for subscription products out of the box.

    Could you please confirm which plugin you’re currently using to handle subscriptions on your site? If you’re not using any subscription plugin, we recommend using the official WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, which is designed to handle recurring billing reliably.

    If you are already using a subscription plugin, I’d suggest reaching out to the plugin’s support team directly for further assistance, as they’ll be in the best position to help troubleshoot this issue.
