Hi There,
You’d need to implement a third party plugin for WooCommerce. There are a few options, including:
1) https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/ 2) https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-google-analytics-integration/
You need both GADWP and one of the plugins mentioned above.
In your WooCommerce tracking plugin of choice, you will need to disable basic tracking, since GADWP will handle the main tracking code.
Dynamic re-marketing would need to implemented independently.
