    Hi

    I see a few comments about WooCommerce in your support threads however no real ‘yes this works with users created through WooCommerce’ or ‘no it doesn’t’

    Any chance that in the last 6 months since the last support question about this that you have an answer?

    I just installed the plugin and tested it and i have the followign results:

    1) User created through simply adding a new user with the role ‘Customer’ = YES it syncs with Capsule

    2) User created by purchasing through WooCommmerce = NO it doesn’t sync (even though that user has the user role ‘Customer’ in WP.

    Any ideas? Any answers?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve not tested it with Woo but it was coded to use WP’s standard user account creation triggers to send off the info to Capsule. So if Woo does it a different way it wouldn’t work.
