Woocommerce update; error from Theme

    Hello,

    I use the Divi Theme, which is popular; the latest Woocommerce, theres a bug from the divi theme now. Theres a Theme customiser thats used, where i now have this:

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    So theres a major issue now. Im using 9 sites divi themes/Woocommerce but will have to backdate, or no updates from Woocommerce for a while.

    Could you please confirm that this error is happening only when having the WooCommerce plugin enabled alongside the Divi theme?

    Hi,

    Yes, it 100% woocommerce/Divi theme. I went plugin by plugin, as soon as i turn off the woocommerce, i can edit the Theme customiser (and also Appaerance – customiser). Im in contact with divi theme support, but at the moment, turning into a bit of a nightmare….

    ok, finally sorted out – the divi theme has a System Status, when you sort it out in the cpanel. All set up with tick marks, etc. Perfect. But it seems that it can read a false System Status – i therefore used the wp-config.php and increased the memory, and that works. Beaware, false readings and it cant handle woocommerce/theme customize……

    Glad to know you were able to fix this behavior with Divi theme by increasing memory.
