Woocommerce Update Failed

Hi, I am looking for some help with the Woocommerce plugin that has failed when updating in my backend.

I tried to do an update to version 6.1 but this then failed and now I can’t see the Woocommerce plugin on my site although the folder is still there when I check through my FTP account under plugins.

I have tried renaming the Woocommerce folder and then installing Woocommerce as a new version but keep getting various errors such as the following:

Installation failed: Could not copy file. woocommerce/vendor/composer/installers/src/Composer/Installers/ShopwareInstaller.php

I also downloaded and tried installing by uploading the plugin but again failed with an error.

Ideally I need to restore the version I had as I have over 80 products that I had added and unfortunately I don’t have a backup.

I would appreciate it, if somebody could advise on how I could fix this.
