Woocommerce uploads question

First of all, thank you for this plugin, which solves the hosting space problem, especially for those of us who manage a lot of images.

My question is: I sell digital products (PDFs), so they’re stored in uploads/woocommerce_uploads. Is there a way to exclude that folder from offloading?

Or maybe there is a way to upload only a specific directory, for example if I only wanted to upload /uploads/2025
