Thank you for your response, yes that is the plugin. I tried what you suggested, yet I kept going in circles trying to get woo support as it wanted me to go through wordpress.com, which I created an account even though the website is on a different host. Then it kept sending me back even though I confirmed the e-mail. My sister died last month and I am trying to help my brother run the online business, which now he is losing customers with a down website. I have ‘some’ website experience, and all I am trying to do right now is get the website up and running. I have contacted the host, they upgraded the PHP then the plugin kept failing and they are not providing much support! 🙁

Yes! That’s correct. Even tough the host is different, WordPress.com can provide support for Premium extensions.
Then it kept sending me back even though I confirmed the e-mail.

Thank you for your response. This is the error I am getting

I was just able to get in and see that the WooCommerce USPS Shipping plugin appeared okay. Yet, when I go to the dashboard I get a critical error message. I can go back page and the website is fine yet I do not know why I get that error!!??
