Woocommerce Variable Product Quantity
-
Hello all!
I am working within wp/woocommerce. I have set up a variable product with 3 attributes – with 10 different variations. Two of the Attributes are tracked via inventory. The product can be combined with any combination of the three attributes. However – I need the inventory available to default to the lowest inventory of the selected attribute variables: ie. If AV 1 has an inventory of 3 and AV 2 has an inventory of 1 – when both attribute selections are chosen by user – inventory available should show 1. The Caveat to this is that the combination of one of the attribute 1’s, is a different cost. So if I put AV 2 above AV 1 – then I don’t see the appropriate price for the product.
When I place Attribute Variable (AV) 1 above AV 2, I get the correct price, but incorrect inventory – the attribute that is ‘further up the list’ takes precedence for the inventory and price. If I swap them, I get the correct inventory, but incorrect price. the total price is dependant on AV 1, but inventory available needs to be based on the lowest number from either.
