WooCommerce Variations Problems After Upgrade

Looks like product variations are causing a lot of problems on the WC 3 release. I’m using WooCoomerce’s official Amazon S3 Download plugin and when adding a download link to a product variation, people are getting redirected to a URL like this when attempting to download a file:

https://mywebsite.com/%5Bamazon_s3%20bucket=bucket%20object=%22File.zip%22%5D

As you can see, the shortcode is not being processed correctly, which creates a 404 error. This does not happen on a regular product download – only when it is inside a variation. This used to work perfectly fine before and it is now broken…

If others have found workarounds or fixes to this issue, please let me know.
