    Hello,

I just tested in a new installation with WC 3.4.2 and it worked for me. What exactly are you seeing? Is the box simply spinning with no response? If so, there might be another plugin that has a javascript error causing the DHL plugin not to work.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

If we press the label create button it takes 2-3sec until the browser gets response from the server but nothing changes.
We do not get the new label in the DHL dealers portal and I do not habe a log (logging is enabled) entry in /wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/DHL-…

Are you familiar with “inspect elements” to check for Javascript errors? If not, can you Google this so you can confirm if there are any Javascript errors?

I can see the following error in the Java-Script console
    when opening the oder details:
    ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: wpApiSettings

I alos tried to uninstall an reinstall the DHL WooCommerce Plugin. Nothing changed.

The issue seems to be from another plugin that causes the JS error. You can confirm by copying your website to a staging site and disabling all other plugins other than WooCommerce and the DHL plugin.

    Hi Shadi!

    I don’t think it’s a java-script problem with another plugin.
When I press the button button create label a post to the server is made and the response comes back. but nothing changes in the status of the DHL-plugin widget.

How are you sure that it is not due to the JS error? The only way I know to find out is to disable all other plugins to confirm.

The browser sends data to the server after pressing the “Generate Label” button.
Then the response comes back with not errors and on top of the order detail tab there is the green message “Order updated.”

But in the DHL WooCommerce Widget nothing changes!

I copied the howl production site to a internal test environment and disabled all other plugin’s. Still the same problem.

Do you mind trying with a default theme such as “twentysixteen”?

Although, the theme shouldn’t impact the backend so if it does still happen then I would need to debug your install myself. Can you email at dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com, to give me access?

    Hi Shadi!

Now I also deactivated the WPML Multilingual CMS –> end DHL Plugin now works correct. –> the problem must be within the WPML. I will contact WPML support.

    Thanks a lot
