We are running WooCommerce Payments version 10.4.0 on WordPress 6.9 with PHP 8.3. I am afraid to delete the plugin and re-install it.

When we click Payments from the left navigation menu, the page attempts to load for an extended period and then fails, displaying the message: “Oops, something went wrong.” The error details are shown below.

To troubleshoot, I cleared the browser cache, tried accessing the page in Dark Mode, and cleared the firewall cache in GoDaddy. The issue persists.

We are a nonprofit PTSO and do not have access to developers or dedicated IT support, so we rely heavily on vendor guidance to resolve issues like this. Is there anything you can do to help us troubleshoot or resolve this problem?

Thank you for your time and support.

    Hi @reality157,

I can see how disruptive this WooPayments error would have been, especially when you rely on the Payments screen to manage day to day operations. Thanks for taking the time to document what you were seeing and the steps you already tried, that context is always helpful and I appreciate the effort you put into troubleshooting.

I also noticed that the thread is now marked as resolved, so I just wanted to check in. Is everything working as expected now on your end, or are you still seeing any issues when opening WooPayments and would like us to take a closer look together?

If anything comes up again or you feel unsure about the next step, feel free to reply here and we will be glad to continue helping.
