Hi there!
I understand you’re using the WebToffee Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce plugin along with WooPayments, and you’re seeing a mismatch in the order IDs — the custom sequential ID is shown in the WooPayments transaction screen, but the CSV export still contains the original internal WooCommerce order IDs.
At the moment, WooPayments exports reflect the internal WooCommerce order ID, not any custom order numbers set by third-party plugins. While this might seem inconsistent since the UI displays the custom ID, the export is pulling directly from the core order data.
Since the sequential order number is being generated and managed by the WebToffee plugin, we’d recommend reaching out to their support team to ask if they offer a way to filter or modify the order ID shown in exports. It’s possible they can suggest a snippet or extension to align the export output with the displayed order ID.
Also, I would suggest you report that issue here: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-payments/issues, so our developers can review it and guide you accordingly.
Thank you
