woosidebar not work with shadows theme

Hi. I installed and activated woo sidebar in my website. after activating the whole website only shows a blank white page.

I am using shadows theme.

I do not know what is the problem. maybe there is a confliction in my theme’s functions. below you can see my theme’s function.php :
