• Looking at our logs, we see hundreds of entries, I have brought this up to WooCommerce support and they said:

    It is worth reaching out to the ActiveCampaign team as well about these warnings and seeing if they have dealt with similar warnings. You can let them know that you’re receiving the following sync failures, which appear to be occurring repeatedly:

    • Warning: This record was improperly triggered by WooCommerce as an order but is a subscription. It will be processed as a subscription instead.
    • Warning: The order may have failed to sync to CRM.

    Looking to see if anyone can shed any information on this.
