    Hi @fox-didl,

Generally speaking, WooCommerce Sync will reflect order details that’s in your WooCommerce orders, such as the total transaction amount.

If you are asking about an option to exclude tax in Jetpack CRM invoices and transactions, while displaying taxes on WooCommerce orders, that is currently not available.

If you’d like to see this feature, you can submit a feature request directly through our website here:

    * https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/requesting-features-for-jetpack-crm/

Submitting via our website is the most efficient way since all requests received will be reviewed and triaged by our developers.

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

I just ask, because we deliver to many different countries and every country has different taxes. Tax makes no sense in a economic business – just prices without tax is possible. I was surprised on test-installation, that you sync tax-included prices. So the displayed amount never is true. So this CRM still is in beta status, just because of this.

Everything else, looking really good and worth it so check more in detail and also to switch to a bigger licence. 🙂

    Hi @fox-didl,

You should be able to sync prices without taxes as long as you have configured it the same way in WooCommerce.

That is, if you have tax disabled in WooCommerce:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#enabling-taxes

And if you don’t have a Tax rate set up in Jetpack CRM settings:

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/is-it-possible-to-have-two-different-tax-rates-on-the-invoices/#adding-editing-tax-rates

You shouldn’t be seeing taxes synced to Jetpack CRM invoices.

Everything else, looking really good and worth it so check more in detail and also to switch to a bigger licence.

    That sounds great! 🙂

Thanks for this information. No we are adding product prices in the shop including tax, because this is much easier to update pricing for customers.

And about tax in CRM. You really think much to small. In Europe we have 27 states and every state has different taxes. And we have to write an invoice with the tax of the country of the customer. So your example with 20% tax in your demo is just working for one country, in this case Austria.

    Germany: 19%
    Finland: 24%
    Denmwark: 25%
    Greece: 17%
    Malta: 18%

How would you solve this issue with the setting in your CRM?
This is why just net, without any tax in CRM, is always just the best. And not depening of the price-setting in WooCommerce.

    Hi there,

I see what you mean, and perhaps we have a solution for you.

You can add multiple tax option in CRM Settings > Tax:

    See screenshot

Upon working on your invoice, then you can select form the tax dropdown menu what tax option you want to include in the invoice:

    Invoice + tax dropdown screenshot

    Would that solve your question?

We don’t work with your CRM for invoices. We just syncing the data to an own installation with just wordpress and the crm. I can add everything time both taxes of every country inside europe, but I don’t think that this is helping in syncronizing the data in a correct way to get the net-price finally. Isn’t it?

    Hi again,

Thanks for getting back to us and for your feedback on the issue. Can you give me some more details about your website’s setup? I can then raise an Enhancement Request with our developers for this issue.

As you mention, “we are adding product prices in the shop including tax”. Are you running multiple WooCommerce stores, i.e, one for each country, and then syncing that data with one instance of Jetpack CRM? or Are you adding multiple prices with taxes to the product on the same WooComemrce store?

If you are doing the latter, share some details on how exactly you have set this up.

Also, If you imagine an ideal solution for this issue please share some details about that with us too.

Once we have these details I’ll submit an enhancement request with our developers.

    Best,
