WoP not working

Hi anyone can help? WoP is not visible in the page
I insert the short code into the text section of the page : [widgets_on_pages id=social media page]. I am using a Retigo theme which has a custom page builder built in. I added a text box and inserted the short code into this.
I have added the WoP sidebar 1 name: “social media page” in settings. The plugin is the same one widget feed that u can see on the footer so I know it works.
