Word Change

I would like to change some of the words in your program for example I would like to change Desexed to Spayed/Neutered and have the drop down as Yes or No. Is this possible? Also change Vaccines to Vaccinated with answers of yes no and unknown. And is there a way to put in the bread crumbs a link back to the category page. For example somebody goes to Cats the clicks on a cat but wants to go back and look at a different cat instead of going back to the all Pets page.

So instead of Home > Pets > Pet Name
could be Home > Pets > Cats > Pet Name

Would this also be possible to due?
