Could you confirm what version of the connector you’re using?
Hi @davidgurr
Thanks for the reply. I use make connector 1.6.3 and wordfence 8.1.0
I escalated to our development team, and they believe it’s due to the Real-Time IP block feature blocking the Make IP ranges.
To resolve this, you can either use the Learning Mode of the WAF to learn the traffic from Make for a week or so, or manually add our IP ranges to the Real-Time IP allowlist.
Hi David @davidgurr
Thanks for your reply. I added all the ips manually in the real-time ip allowlist but still can’t establish the connection and still get the error 401
Could you share a screenshot of your allowlist? Upload to Imgur (or similar) and then share the link here.
Hi David,
Thanks for the reply. Here is de link of the allowlist, hope it helps

Same issue. Disabling wordfence doesn’t work neither.
@youlikeitmobilus @juaniglive could you both open a ticket in with our Support desk?
In the Make scenario builder, click the “?” at the lower left and follow the prompts.
If you can provide the plugin log file in the ticket that would be really helpful.
Sorry, I’d assumed you were on a paid plan.
Please email the plugin log file to me at [email protected]
