Wordfence blocking the Rest API usage

    Having an issue with security plugins and what I think could be the REST API, both Wordfence and Cerberus cause the Woocommerce Reporting Admin section to show this following error

    “There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.”

    When I disable the plugin I can use the stats again without error, I have put the firewall in learning mode but still not working.

    If you have any idea of how to fix what seems to be a REST API block would be very appreciative. I have another site running a clone and it has Wordfence and it’s not blocking the same Woo Admin Stats

    Hi @naddy30, thanks for getting in touch.

    So that I can try externally connecting to the REST API on your domain to see if indeed that’s the issue, could you please send me a site diagnostic to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    This just prevents you from having to disclose your domain publicly here while I look into it.
