Wordfence blocks cron command

Hi,

We are using the Relevanssi plugin on our site for search indexing.

It integrates with the wp-cli script to allow you to index large sites through a cron command: wp-cli.phar relevanssi index

This works fine when I run it directly through SSH, but when I try to run it by cron, it gets blocked by Wordfence.

Is there any way to whitelist the cron command so that it can index the posts?

Why would runing it directly be different to the same command being run by a cron?
