Hi @apetruzzi,
Are you referring to the Site URL column on the Wordfence Central Dashboard? If so, I just signed in with a fresh browser and the descending/ascending alphabetical sort arrow behaves as expected when clicked.
I will get the team to take a look at browser compatibility if you can provide us with the details around which one you are using, but in the mean time try clearing your browser cache or viewing in an incognito/private window and see if the behaviour continues.
Thanks,
Peter.
@wfpeter thank you for your help. i did as you suggested and still have the issue, i even cleared my cached and used an incognito window. i am using Google Chrome Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit). the site names are all in different formates, such as:
bbbbbbbbbb.com
gggggggggg.com
http://www.aaaaaaa.com
http://www.aaaaaab.com
http://www.bbbbb.com
mmmmmmmm.us/shop_template
mmmmmmmm.us/dental_template
sorting, these sites should end up as:
bbbbbbbbbb.com
gggggggggg.com
mmmmmmmm.us/dental_template
mmmmmmmm.us/shop_template
http://www.aaaaaaa.com
http://www.aaaaaab.com
http://www.bbbbb.com
bue they don’t
Hi again @apetruzzi,
Ah I see now, my site URLs were all formatted the same without preceding “http” or “www” characters, so didn’t spot a discrepancy.
Whilst I can never promise a timescale or when a suggestion might be scheduled, we have an official channel for reporting these requests to the developers and I will submit this suggested behaviour now.
Thanks again,
Peter.
no worries. i appreciate and thank you for taking the time to verify the issue and reporting it. in the future, where should we be submitting bug reports for issues with WFC? i know this isn’t the place for them.
No problem at all @apetruzzi,
Feature requests through the forum (or premium support tickets for Wordfence Premium customers) are absolutely fine, but if you’d prefer, sending them to feedback @ wordfence . com is also a route you can take.
Thanks again,
Peter.
