Wordfence compatibility

Hello,

Since we installed your plugin, Wordfence alert e-mails are “broken” (no more line feeds).

The obvious reason is the <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=utf-8″> your plugin add to Wordfence e-mails (why?): could you add these headers to the two only e-mail messages your plugin is managing?
