    Can you confirm that Wordfence free version (or paid) has the following functionality please?

    Log Users Events & Events Log report

    Find out if someone is trying to hack your site

    Know when a plugin was activated/deactivated, and who did it

    Track which themes, plugins, and core files are updated

    Determine whether any of your plugins or themes have security vulnerabilities

    Add Security Headers for XSS and Code Injection Attacks

    Disable View Source`

    In response: (from actual plugin usage experience)

    • Log Users Events & Events Log report: Yes
    • Find out if someone is trying to hack your site: Yes
    • Know when a plugin was activated/deactivated, and who did it: Yes, No
    • Track which themes, plugins, and core files are update: Yes
    • Determine whether any of your plugins or themes have security vulnerabilities: Yes
    • Add Security Headers for XSS and Code Injection Attacks: No (every site is unique and requires a unique htaccess file modification, click here for basic implementation method)
    • Disable View Source: No (not recommended)
