Another user has stated in this support forum, “Jetpack made a mistake and released an updated version of an already released update”. I cannot verify if this is true or not. As stated in our documentation the best thing to do is to contact Jetpack support and explain the situation to them and direct them to the documentation link above so that they understand your issue.
