It’s strange to hear that you don’t have 2FA set up but are receiving a 2FA prompt for Wordfence.com. So that you don’t have to publicly state any sensitive information about your account here on the forums, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the email address or username that is associated with the account so that we can assist you further.

Has this link also been passed to the lockout email above to see if this 2FA requirement could be reset for your account? Do you receive the same prompt when signing into the account directly rather than through the link on the Wordfence dashboard?
