    Hi FluentSMTP support team,

    For all my sites, FluentSMTP doesn’t send Wordfence plugin emails the first time like other emails.
    And that only happens for Wordfence. The others work fine.

    Every time, it’s reported as failed.

    And each time, I then have to go to the dashboard and click on resend for it to go through.

    But it’s never sent automatically!

    How to address this, please ?

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. The error message “could not connect to SMTP host” typically signifies an inability of your web server to establish a connection with the SMTP server. This issue may happen due to the presence of a firewall or a comparable barrier between your web server and the SMTP server. In addition, please ensure if you have ip address in the SMTP host. Some host provides IP address as SMTP host. Finally, if your user name is email, kindly try setting that email as From Email.
