• After searching here, I have followed this:

Head over to your site and go to Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs. If you’re using Cloudflare, you will most likely need to select “Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP. Only use if you’re using Cloudflare.”

and also, whitelisted the IP’s listed here:

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range

in Cloudflare, but still I the following error:

I cannot run scan as well, what can be wrong here?

I have sent the diagnostic report as well, stating my login name there.

Hi @uvhost, thanks for letting us know what you’ve tried so far.

There’s one other step to the ones above that I can’t check through your diagnostic, where you also allow your site’s own IP through Cloudflare.

You also need to update your Cloudflare settings to allow your site to connect back to itself – which appears to be the issue in the screenshot above. You should be able to do this by going to your Cloudflare control panel. It’s worth checking all IPs associated with your server first (Find them at Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > IP(s) used by this server).

Let me know whether anything changes,
    Peter.
