    Hi Team,

I’ve recently turned on the CloudFlare proxy and my automatic scan is now failing.

Just wondering if there is a setting I’m missing that is now stopping it from working? I would like the keep the proxy on for CF for caching and such things.

    Hi @dabeecher

Please send your Wordfence diagnostics report.

Update to the latest version of Wordfence if you haven’t already done so.

Go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and dabeecher as the forum username please.

Once you have emailed me the diagnostics report can you reply here to let me know that it has been sent. This is important in the unlikely event that your installation of WordPress is having an issue with sending mail

Thanks for that, I have sent over to you, apologies I sent it twice one under “dabeecher” and one under “Harrisons Direct”

Look forward to hearing from you

    Hi @dabeecher

    Thank you for the update.

Neither reports arrived. Can you try sending to your own email address and if successful then forward to wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com.

Done as can be seen in screenshot here https://ibb.co/BKKd7Cr9

    Thank you for the update.

Did the diagnostics report arrive at your own email address as we have not received a forwarded email?

    Thread Starter dabeecher

    (@dabeecher)

I did not, but I have just done this and then forwarded on to yourself.

So please let me know if you received and any ideas on a fix

Just wondered if you’d managed to look at the diagnostics and determine any issues?

    Hi @dabeecher

    The forwarded email hasn’t arrived.

Did you use your username dabeecher as instructed below when you sent the report to yourself?

Go to the top of the “Diagnostics” tab on the Wordfence “Tools” page. There will be a “SEND REPORT BY EMAIL” button to send the diagnostics report. Enter wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com as the email and dabeecher as the forum username please.

    Hi @dabeecher

    Thank you for the update.

    The email hasn’t arrived.

Please send it to a generic email address that you own such as Gmail and then forward it to wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com

    Thread Starter dabeecher

    (@dabeecher)

This has been sent from my personal email, please look out for [email protected]

    Hi @dabeecher

    Thank you for the update.

An forwarded email from your email address hasn’t arrived either. I recommend that you edit your last post as its your personal email address and this is a public forum.

For clarification, the report arrived at your G-Mail email address and then you simply forwarded it to wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com?

    Thread Starter dabeecher

    (@dabeecher)

I don’t appear to be able to edit my post unfortunately…

Yes that is correct, I sent to my email address and forwarded to the wftest [at] wordfence [dot] com from there

And I don’t see another way I can send you the report as I’ve tried 10 different ways

    Hi @dabeecher

    Thank you for the update.

You can ask a moderator via Slack to remove your email address for you if you wish.

We haven’t had the forwarded email from your email address so you can try again.
