Hello @ladimura and thanks for reaching out to us!
As a first step, I recommend disabling all email alert options and removing the email address for the alerts in the Wordfence > All Options > Email Alerts page, Sav, and then setting them back up again.
If that doesn’t seem to work, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
Thanks again!
Hello @wfadam,
I deactivated all email aller options and then reactivated it. That didn’t help. I sent a diagnostic report to [email protected]. I used wordfence/tools/diagnostics and I clicked on “send report by email”, but no one has answered me yet.
Thanks :-).

Sorry for the delay!
It looks like your cron jobs are running as they should be.
Those alerts are generally sent through the server wp_mail configuration. So the first thing we would want to check is if the wp_mail is working properly.
On your site, could you navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic > Other Tests and Send yourself a test email.
If this works, then the wp_mail is working properly. Then send me a diagnostic if you can. If you navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic page and then click the “Export” button, attach the txt file here for me.
If it doesn’t work and you don’t receive an email from the test, then something is wrong with the wp_mail on the server and you might need your host to have a look at it.
Let me know how it goes. Thanks again!
