Wordfence warning

When I go into settings and change some of the values in a text box, e.g. editing the Main Site Home Template, I get the following warning from Wordfence when I go to Save Changes.

E.g I went to the Main Site Home Template box and was planning to change the %htitle% with just the word Home

A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site
Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 403)

If you think you have been blocked in error, contact the owner of this site for assistance

Block Reason: A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site

How do I fix this, is it a bug or other cause?
