Yeah, I had that too. Don’t know if it’s this plugin or WordPress that’s too blame.
At this point I’m assuming this plugin is no longer supported, so I’ve migrated to another one.
Might I ask what are you using as a replacement?

@reacharound, Any direction on finding these spam links and removing them?
I’ve just switched to using this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/redirection/ it seems to import the settings from Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin. Seems painless, haven’t fully tested though
