Can this of yours be replaced with the system’s built-in function of automatically sending emails? This is the information I marked. Can you replace it?

That is, all automatically sent email messages are sent by replacing your plug-in.

Please kindly know that when you set up WP Mail SMTP on your site, it controls all the emails going out of your site – including WooCommerce emails shown in your screenshot.
There is no foolproof method of disabling this except you deactivate the plugin or disable the Force from Email option.
You can simply remove the Force from Email option by going to WP Mail SMTP > Settings and unchecking the box labeled Force From Email (https://a.supportally.com/86A6pI). This will enable other plugins to override the email sender on WP Mail SMTP.
