WordPress 2.3 Dexter Cause Database Error

Version 2.3 Dexter is causing me problem! I keep getting the error below every time I submit a comment or anyone else does:. I also get that errior when I try to publish a post.

However, even when I or anyone else press “submit comment” and it goes to a white page with those codes, the comment or post publishing still work….

Please help! WordPress really need to work on this before they publish something and it goes wrong 🙁
