• Hi, I updated to the latest version of WordPress, and now none of my previous plugins work.

I tried de-activating all those plugins, deleting them, re-downloading and installing them again. But it still didn’t work.

    Could anyone please help?

  • you need to find out if they have versions that work with WordPress 2.5
you should have done that before you upgraded. its one of the first steps they give you in the upgrade instructions. do they ALL really not work? did you reactivate them one by one to make sure?

The only one that works is post-preview, but the rest does not. And yes, I re-activated every single one of them.

I particularly need to use the advanced tiny-MCE plugin, but alas it doesn’t seem to go well with this version either.

you need to disable them ALL then activate them one by one, so only one is active at a time, to see if each one works or not. one bad plugin can cause all the rest to go crazy.

did you visit all the plugins’ sites to see what they have to say about compatibility?
