WordPress 2.8.2 Password Encoding

    What is the password encoding in SQL for wordpress 2.8.2? … because its not MD5 anymore, and i lost my password, and its the same password i use for a few other accounts… due to the stupid “remeber password” … so i’d like to decode my password rather then reset it >_< is there anyway to do that? it looks something like :
