  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I was having problems with the Media interface after upgrading to WP3.2. Quirky behavior like not the window not closing after I click the “Insert image into post” button, or the image itself not showing up in the page.

    What I discovered was the plugin “TinyMCE Advanced” needed to be updated. If you’re using this plugin, update it and see if it helps you out. .
