I wonder if it is only me or whether anyone else is experiencing this problem? After upgrading to WordPress 4.0, I tried to post an image to my website, but the EXIF information is not showing. I have the latest version of this plug-in. I also tried to add the shortcode, but still no luck. Until this past weekend, everything was working well. I just noticed the problem after the 4.0 update.

Is it only on new posts or all the old ones too that the EXIF isn’t showing?

It’s working fine on my site, which is updated to 4.0, but I haven’t tested it thoroughly yet.

The old posts are just fine. EXIF shows up correctly. I am wondering if the issue is with WP 4.0. This only started happening after the update. The reason I say that is because when I upload a new photo to my gallery, I get an error just saying “HTTP error.” Although the photo is uploaded, there is no icon for it. The photo appears on the post, but in the media gallery it’s a blank icon.

I discovered the problem with the assistance of a friend. It was a PHP problem, not WP or the plug-in. All’s fine.

    Thanks.

Yeah, it sounded like the images were not getting processed, so no thumbnail created and EXIF not imported. Glad you found the solution.
