    I’ve been using the plugin since WP 4.0 was released and haven’t had any problems with it, so I’ve marked it as compatible with 4.0.

    I’m Mormon so I don’t drink coffee..

    If you look at the changelog for WP, the 4.0 release was very minor. Probably 99%+ of plugins will work on 4.0 without any changes.
